Karachi: Rotary International is an ancient and active social organization dedicated to the selfless service of humanity, said District Governor 2022-23 Rotary International District 3271 Syed Tehzeeb Kazmi on the occasion of an official visit hosted by the Rotary Club of Karachi Avenue and Eid Millan Dinner by Rishad Mateen & Co. at Karachi Gymkhana with hosts Schazeeya Mateen CEO and President of RCK Avenue, Mateen Siddiqui Chairman & Founder of Rishad Mateen & Company.
The Chief Guest of the event was H.E. Eng Sami Abdullah Al Khanjari Consul General of Oman and ARIE Poluzzi Consul for Social and Cultural Affairs of Indonesia.
Attended by District Governor 2023-24 RID 3271 Muhammad Hanif Khan, Assistant Governor Shaikh Imtiaz Hussain, Deputy Governor Durdaana Arshad, Club Mentor PDG Akhtar Alvi, AIG Traffic Police Qamar Rizvi, Tariq Ali Nizamani, Muhammad Ali Haider, Khalid Shaikh, Syed Turab Shah, Abdul Jabbar Rathod, Aliya Sarim, Asim Qidwai, Faisal Zahid Malik and others.
Speaking at the event, Syed Tehzeeb Kazmi said that Interact, Rotaract, and Rotarian are trying to provide basic facilities to the people of backward and rural areas through various social and welfare projects.
He added said, the elimination of diseases from the country is our important mission, for the fulfillment of which full measures are being taken, while special attention is being paid to the generalization of education and the provision of employment.
Further, Kazmi said that RCK Avenue is working on various projects to fulfill all the goals of Rotary International which is commendable.
On this occasion, Schazeeya Mateen said that service to humanity is the motto of Rotary International, under which numerous social and welfare projects have been completed while work on many projects is going on rapidly.
Sheikh Imtiaz Hussain said that the services of the Rotary Club of Karachi Avenue are commendable in terms of social services.
Club Mentor PDG Akhtar Alvi said that the Rotary Club of Karachi Avenue is leading in every field. Fulfilling all the goals of Rotary International is the mission of Rotary.
In the end, a bouquet and Mango gifts were presented to every guest.
