Karachi: Pervaiz Haroon Madraswala, Immediate past President of the Karachi Rotary Club presents his book to Theriot, Counsel General of USA. Theriot commended the Karachi Rotary Club’s focus on humanitarian outreach and initiatives to provide relief to communities. An event attended by Aziz Memon Trustee 2020-24, The Rotary Foundation, and Shahzad Sabir Chairman, Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BELCCI).
She underscored the U.S. Government’s commitment to supporting Pakistan’s recovery from the devastating 2022 floods. To date, the U.S. has committed more than $200 million – including $100 million recently announced in Geneva to support flood relief, recovery, health, and food security.
