The prominent actresses of the Pakistan showbiz industry Kubra Khan, Sajal Ali, and Mehwish Hayat have also given a warning to those who point fingers at the role of actresses.
Recently, a person on social media accused 4 actresses includes; Mahira Khan, Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan, and Sajal Ali of having adult videos; this person did not tell the full names of the actresses in the vlog but used the initial letters of the names.
Actress Kubra Khan has reacted strongly to these allegations in her Instagram story.
She wrote in her story that, I stayed quiet initially because a fake video isn’t going to take over my existence BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Addressing the accuser, the actress wrote, ‘Apko lagta hai ke koi random log mujhe pe behte bithaya ungli uthayenge Aur main chup behtoongi toh apki soch hai.’
Kubra added wrote that ‘So Mr Adil Raja before you start to heap allegations upon people have some proof first. You have a total of 3 days to come up with this proof which you claim is haq and sach If not, either retract your statement and publicly apologise or I will be suing you for defamation. And don’t worry, lucky for you I’m not just from here I am from UK so I’ll come there if I have too!
Further, she worth, ‘Cause Main SACH pe hoon, Main HAQ pe hoon AUR MAIN KISI KE BAAP SE NAI DARTI.’
After Kubra Khan, Sajal Ali and Mehwish Hayat’s posts also came out in this regard.
Sajal wrote in her tweet, ‘It is very sad that our country is becoming morally degraded and ugly’.
Further, she wrote that ‘character assassination is the worst form of humanity and a sin’.
Mehwish Hayat also expressed her displeasure and wrote, ‘Sasti shohrat haasil karne k liye kuch logue insaaniat k darjay se bhi girjatay hain. Hope you’re enjoying your two mins of fame.’
Mehwish added, Just because I am an actress doesn’t mean my name can be dragged through the mud. Shame on you for spreading baseless allegations and insinuations about someone you know nothing about & even bigger shame on people who believe this bullshit.
Further Mehwish Hayat wrote, ‘This just shows the sickness of our society that laps up this gutter journalism without any thought. But this stops & it stops now! I won’t allow anyone to defame my name.’
