The two Argentina topless fan during the FIFA World Cup final has seemingly escaped without punishment in Qatar. The viewers noticed a woman and another fan appear to flash television cameras during the match between Argentina and France.
The Argentina topless fan pair Noe and Milubarbiie, Noe who now refer to themselves as ‘The Topless Girls’, risked falling foul of strict rules in Qatar where women are banned from wearing revealing or tight clothing.
Since both women have posted images on Instagram status to show themselves out and about in the country after the final.
Noe, from the Argentine city of Quilmes, even posted a selfie showing her on a plane home, claiming to have enjoyed ‘the trip of her life’.
Noe said the flag was “dedicated” to her friends and family “who always support me with messages and words… to express their pride and good wishes”.
“And I dedicate this flag to you my friends, family, and all the people of Quilmes and the southern zone who always support me with messages and such beautiful words for expressing their pride and good wishes that I know they do from the bottom of their hearts! My whole life is in QUILMES… “I am proud to have been born in the city of beer… From Ezpeleta-Quilmes to the world.”
Milubarbiie shared in her post, she wrote: “I’m just falling that I finished the best trip of my life! My first World Cup and we’re back with the cup!!! What more can I ask for? Having the honor and privilege of being there every game, cheering, jumping, watching the national team step by step make us world champions. For me, it is a dream come true. Thanks to the people who always give me good vibes, who tell me that thanks to my stories they lived the World Cup more closely this is for and for us!! WE ARE WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!! I’ll take it forever in my heart. Thanks to the national team for being responsible for the full happiness of 45 million Argentines.”
In Qatar, public nudity was criminalized and women were warned of the Arab nation’s strict rules around dress code if those laws were broken they were threatened with jail.
