The head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazlur Rehman says that the judiciary has rejected our demand instead of considering it, if a full court is not made, then reject the decision of the judiciary.
The leaders of the government alliance held a press conference at the Prime Minister’s House after the request to form a full bench was rejected by the Supreme Court.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the government wants no organization to interfere, and will boycott the court proceedings in connection with the case of Punjab.
The PDM chief said that our lawyers in the court advised the bench according to the constitution, unfortunately the judiciary rejected our demand impartially instead of considering it, will not appear before this bench.
Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the government coalition had demanded a full court, when a decision is being given about an institution, the entire judiciary should have also sat, People’s Party and PD All the parties involved in M ??have boycotted the court proceedings.
Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal said that the purpose of the full bench demand was that there should not be any conflict related to the judiciary, the purpose of the demand was that this decision would be final for all parties.
Ahsan Iqbal said that the 20 votes cast in favor of Hamza were not counted, and the review petitions related to this are being heard in the Supreme Court.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that now the exam is of the Supreme Court, we had said that the decision will be made by the full court, then the whole of Pakistan will accept it.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Osama Qadri said that a full bench should be constituted so that people can accept the verdict, MQM supports the decision to boycott the court proceedings.
Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) Asrar Tareen said that the demand for the formation of a full bench is not an unfair demand, more judges in the full bench can give a better decision without consultation.
Aslam Bhutani said that the formation of full court bench was absolutely legitimate demand, Pakistan will be harmed by everyone, we want stability in the country.
Abdullah Nangyal said that there was a unanimous demand for the formation of a full bench by all the parties, supporting the decision to boycott the court proceedings.
