ISLAMABAD: The All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) has welcomed the conferment of the prestigious Tamgha-e-Imtiaz on Faisal Zahid Malik, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of Daily Pakistan Observer and Chairman of the APNS Federal Capital Committee.
Senator Sarmad Ali, President of APNS, and Muhammad Athar Kazi, Secretary General of the society, congratulated Malik on receiving the civil award in recognition of his contributions to journalism and Pakistan’s print media.
The APNS said the award represents due recognition of Malik’s outstanding professional achievements and his longstanding services to the promotion and development of journalism in the country.
