A special ceremony was recently held at the bank’s head office to celebrate a major milestone of 100 million successful digital transactions processed through Avanza’s new mobile banking platform. Senior leadership teams and key contributors from both organizations attended the event.
Officials from both sides highlighted the importance of technology-driven collaboration in shaping the future of Islamic digital banking in Pakistan. During the ceremony, leadership reaffirmed their commitment to innovation and discussed plans to further expand cooperation in emerging financial technologies.
The two organizations also agreed to explore the development of a sandbox environment for AI-powered smart banking solutions, aimed at accelerating innovation, testing new digital services, and enhancing customer engagement through advanced automation and intelligent systems.
