Pakhtunkhwa : A delegation from Sourcing Pakistan Private Limited and the World Agriculture Forum, led by Founder and Country Director Rai Muhammad Usman and Focal Person for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan Rabia Hussain, met with Faisal Karim Kundi, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the development of the agricultural sector, promotion of modern technology, investment opportunities, and initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of farmers. The delegation briefed the Governor about the activities of their organizations and ongoing projects aimed at strengthening the agriculture sector in Pakistan, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa possesses immense potential in the agricultural sector, which can be further developed through modern practices, international collaboration, and increased investment. He appreciated the efforts of the delegation and stated that agriculture serves as the backbone of the province’s economy, and its development remains among the government’s top priorities.
He further emphasized that promoting modern agricultural techniques and strengthening partnerships with international organizations will not only increase productivity but also improve the economic conditions of farmers.
The Governor assured the delegation of full support for investment and reforms in the agricultural sector in the province, with the aim of making Khyber Pakhtunkhwa a model province in terms of agricultural development.
