KARACHI – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been singed between DMC Korangi and Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) for the collaboration in tree plantation in Korangi Industrial Area.
President KATI Sheikh Umer Rehan and Chairman Korangi Nayyar Raza exchange singed document of MoU related to tree plantation in Korangi Industrial Area. At the occasion Zubair chhaya, Ikram Rajput, Syed Wajid Hussain, SM Yahya, Junaid Naqi, Umar Qasim and Syed Ahmer Ali are also present.
On this occasion Chairman DMC Korangi Nayyar Raza, President KATI Sheikh Umer Rehan, Chairman and CEO KITE Zubair Chhya and Head of KATI’s standing committee on tree plantation Junaid Naqi spoke to the meeting.
Sheikh Umer Rehan said that KATI considers tree plantation as a national cause and under the leadership of Patron in Chief SM Muneer we have a strong resolve to make Korangi Industrial area a role model of tree plantation.
Zubair Chhaya said that if the pilot project in the singed MoU would be implemented, we can expend it more with the help of other donors. Junaid Naqi urged the Chairman Korangi to provide administrative assistance for tree plantation on Road 3000. The chairman Korangi DMC assured his full support and collaboration for tree plantation in Korangi Industrial Area.
