The Chairman of National Business Group Pakistan, the President of the Pakistan Businessmen and Intellectuals Forum, the President of All Karachi Industrial Alliance, the Chairman of the FPCCI Advisory Board, and the President and former provincial minister, Mian Zahid Hussain, said on Wednesday that India has faced its most significant defeat in history at the hands of Pakistan.

He mentioned that Indian aircraft, missiles, drones, and defense equipment valued at billions of dollars will either be displayed in museums or be sold for scrap.

Mian Zahid Hussain said that a new normal has emerged in the region. However, Modi, still intoxicated with dreams of regional supremacy and military dominance, continues to deceive his people with his typical cunning even after being knocked out.

Talking to the business community, the veteran business leader said that grief grips the Indian public and media. At the same time, silence and embarrassment hover over Delhi’s power corridors.

The business leader said that some circles perceive the peace and mediation process as an attempt to save India. Still, the survival and security of South Asia now demand that India come to its senses.

It must abandon dreams of hegemony and superiority in the region and, instead, engage in meaningful negotiations with Pakistan to resolve all disputes, including Kashmir, terrorism, and water issues, through understanding and dialogue.

He observed that this would bring stability to both India and Pakistan and provide relief to the people of the region. The region would be able to progress economically and politically, which would benefit the entire world.

Mian Zahid Hussain said that even before the recent war, Pakistan had won its diplomatic case by offering an independent investigation into the Pahalgam incident. Now, after military victory, Pakistan must send a clear message to the world that both nations can jointly eliminate the scourge of terrorism and ensure lasting peace. If India rejects this offer, it will expose its bad faith and invite international pressure.

Mian Zahid Hussain added that India made a grave miscalculation by underestimating Pakistan as a weak and divided nation. It was believed that the military and people were disconnected, politics were fragmented, and the nation was demoralized. But in an instant, the entire country, except for a few unfortunate elements, stood behind its armed forces like a wall of steel. This unity proved to be our greatest strength.

He recalled that in 1965, national unity led to victory, but the enemy cunningly dismantled that unity, leading to the 1971 split. Our enemy is extremely deceitful, clever, and malicious; it may launch a full-scale attack, and we must remain vigilant.

Mian Zahid Hussain warned that India may collaborate with Israel to plan against Pakistan’s military and air force. They may attempt to incite unrest, terrorism, and sectarian violence in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, targeting soldiers. These terrorists may be supplied with modern weapons, funding, technology, and full logistical support to attack Pakistan’s armed forces, intelligence agencies, and civilians to spread fear and chaos.

He expressed complete confidence in the abilities of the government and military leadership. He appealed to the public to stand firmly behind them like a steel wall to foil all such conspiracies.

This time, the enemy will be more poisonous, organized, and dangerous. We must make our defense invincible, becoming a steel wall across our air, land, and sea frontiers. Only the sword drawn from its sheath wins battles. To defeat enemy plots, our real weapons will be unity, sacrifice, vigilance, and patriotism. This is the time to remain alert.
