Sectarian Tensions Escalate at Masooma-e-Sindh, Bibi Maham Shrine Amid Fatwa Controversy.

Agham Kot: Troublemakers active at the Shrine of Masooma-e-Sindh, inciting unrest A series of fatwas labeling visitors as infidels begins, aimed at preventing millions of devotees from across the country from visiting.
Authorities and security agencies remain helpless in taking legal action against known troublemakers.
Agham Kot (PR): In recent days, a deliberate conspiracy has been set in motion to stir sectarian tensions once again in Agham Kot, District Badin. This appears to be a well-planned effort to disrupt the daily flow of thousands of devotees visiting the shrine of Masooma-e-Sindh, Bibi Pak Mahem (Peace Be Upon Her) from across the country. Using certain religious scholars and muftis, fatwas are being issued declaring visits to the shrine, especially by Sunni Muslims, as forbidden, thus fueling a dangerous agenda to create sectarian conflict at this sacred and peaceful place.
Notably, the same 3-4 well-known troublemakers are actively involved, who have consistently engaged in such plots over the past few years. The district administration is fully aware of their identities but continues to turn a blind eye, refraining from taking any legal action against these recognized threats to peace.
These views were expressed by Mir Imdad Ali Talpur, a leader of Anjuman Sipah-e-Qaim-e-Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) Tando Jam, in a statement issued after visiting the shrine of Masooma-e-Sindh, Bibi Pak Mahem Khadija (Peace Be Upon Her). He stated that issuing such fatwas about a spiritual and peaceful place will only create unrest, engulfing the entire region in conflict. The district administration will then find it extremely difficult to manage the situation. He urged the Sindh government, security agencies, and particularly the Badin district administration, to take immediate action. Emergency measures should be implemented to proceed with legal action against these well-known troublemakers who have been involved in such activities for a long time.
