Speaker Babar Saleem Swabi is heard calling Wazir “drunk” and expressing frustration with his behavior. The speaker then directed the sergeant-at-arms to remove Wazir from the assembly. A verbal altercation ensued between Wazir and other assembly members. The speaker criticized Wazir’s conduct, emphasizing that he was “not in his senses,” as shown in the short video clip.
