The 5th Women Dignity Awards 2026, organized by the Consumers Association of Pakistan, were held at Ramada Creek Hotel, celebrating the achievements and contributions of women from across the country.

Sindh Minister for Women Development Shaheena Sheer Ali attended as the chief guest, while Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad and Chairman Cable Operators Association Khalid Arain were present as guests of honor.
Addressing the ceremony, Shaheena Sheer Ali highlighted the vital role of women in societal progress and reaffirmed the Government of Sindh’s commitment to women’s empowerment, protection of rights, and equal opportunities. She praised the awards initiative for recognizing and encouraging women’s contributions.
Prominent industrialist Mirza Ikhtiar Baig emphasized that Pakistani women are excelling in all fields and stressed the importance of economic empowerment for sustainable national development.
Chairman Consumers Association of Pakistan Kaukab Iqbal and Acting Chairperson Women Wing Marium Hina said the event aims to honor outstanding women for their remarkable contributions across various sectors.
Awards were presented in multiple categories, including leadership, social services, education, health, media, business, and arts. Key honors included the Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah Madar-e-Millat Women Leadership Award, Begum Rana Liaquat Ali Khan Women Service Award, and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Women Excellence Award.
The ceremony was hosted by anchor Agha Sherazi and attended by notable personalities including MPA Syed Shariq Jamal, DIG Shoukat Ali, and Asif Moosa, along with a large number of dignitaries, social leaders, and media representatives.
Speakers reiterated the importance of women’s rights, equality, and empowerment, pledging continued efforts to promote the positive role of women in society and inspire future generations.
