KARACHI: Pakistan Eye Bank Society (PEBS) Hospital signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AIESEC to promote cooperation in international volunteer exchange programs aimed at strengthening healthcare and community engagement initiatives.

The MoU was formally signed by Qazi Yasir Ali, Joint Secretary of PEBS, and Abdul Rahman, Regional Head of AIESEC, during a ceremony held at PEBS Hospital in Karachi.
The collaboration is expected to facilitate the exchange of international volunteers who will contribute to healthcare support services, awareness campaigns, and professional learning opportunities at the hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from both organizations highlighted the importance of global partnerships in promoting healthcare development, youth engagement, and cross-cultural learning experiences.
The ceremony was also attended by Qazi Sajid Ali, President of PEBS, and Dr. Kashif Farooqui, along with other senior officials and members of the organization.
Officials said the partnership would help strengthen PEBS Hospital’s outreach initiatives while providing international volunteers with valuable exposure to Pakistan’s healthcare sector and community service programs.
