Osaka, Japan – June 24, 2025 — Under the vibrant theme “Flavours of Pakistan,” the Pakistan Food Festival has emerged as one of the most engaging culinary showcases at World Expo 2025 Osaka. Organized by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), this four-day festival, running from June 23 to 26, 2025, offers a flavorful journey through Pakistan’s rich culinary traditions, warm hospitality, and cultural diversity. From iconic dishes to folk performances, the event continues to draw massive crowds eager to experience the true taste of Pakistan.
Each day of the festival celebrates a different icon of Pakistani cuisine. Day One opened with the nation’s favorite dish — biryani — which was served to eager visitors who experienced its signature aroma and taste.
Day Two was dedicated to Pakistan’s most beloved fruit — the mango. A beautifully curated mango display attracted hundreds of visitors who stopped to admire and photograph the vibrant arrangements. While the artistic presentation added visual flair, the highlight of the day was the fresh mango tasting, where over 1,000 people sampled the fruit and praised its unique sweetness and rich flavor.
The venue buzzed with activity which included a quiz competition testing visitors’ knowledge of Pakistan’s culture and cuisine, with winners receiving mangoes as special gifts. Meanwhile, the atmosphere remained festive with live folk music and traditional performances, offering an immersive cultural experience that perfectly complemented the culinary celebration.
With two exciting days still to go, the Pakistan Food Festival is fast becoming one of the most popular attractions at Expo 2025 Osaka — a true celebration of taste, tradition, and togetherness.
