Gates highlighted the warm ‘hospitality’ extended by Mukesh and Nita Ambani
Bill Gates, one of the founders of Microsoft, a prominent guest at the pre-marriage festivity of Anant Ambani, recently expressed his appreciation for the wealthiest family in India, as reported by Mint.
In an Instagram post featuring himself, his partner Paula Hurd, Mukesh Ambani, and Anant Ambani, Gates emphasized the warm ‘generosity’ extended by Mukesh and Nita Ambani.
Reflecting on his time in India, Gates said, “As I ponder over the past week in India, one thing stands out: The incredible generosity everyone showed Paula and me, especially from Mukesh and Nita at the beautiful celebration of their son Anant and his fiancée Radhika.”
Gates acknowledged the uniqueness of the experience, being his inaugural attendance at a wedding celebration in India. In another post featuring Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and his spouse, Gates expressed appreciation for the chance to reconnect with old acquaintances during the pre-wedding festivities.
The extravagant three-day celebration of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Gujarat’s Jamnagar from 1-3 March attracted attention from high-profile guests, including Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, Rihanna, Indian tycoons Gautam Adani and Kumar Mangalam Birla, cricket icons Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni, and Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif.
