The price of gold soared.
The price of gold per tola has skyrocketed in the global and local markets. For the first time, the price of gold per tola in the country has become more expensive than five lakh rupees. After an increase of Rs 12,700 per tola in the price of gold, it reached Rs 56,362 per tola, while the price of ten grams of gold increased by Rs 10,888 to Rs 444,123. Gold has become more expensive by $127 per ounce in the global market. Gold in the global market reached $4,840 per ounce. After an increase of Rs 64 in the price of silver per tola, the price of silver per tola reached Rs 9,933.
