The Government of China has appointed Ms. Gulmina Bilal, Chairperson of Pakistan’s National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), as the first-ever Chairperson of the China Global Professional and Technical Certification Center (CGPTC)—a landmark recognition of Pakistan’s leadership in skills development and technical education.
This prestigious appointment reflects the deepening Pakistan–China strategic partnership, particularly in the areas of human capital development, vocational training, and globally recognized technical certifications.
