Karachi Pakistan : The annual Hasan Qiraat and Naat Khawani competition was organized by the All Pakistan Memon Federation at the Memon Federation Hall. Which was chaired by Federation President Shabbir Haroon Professor Dr. Hakeem Syed Askari, Senior Vice-Ameer of the Khaksar Pakistan Movement and the royal physician of the state of Junagadh, was invited as a special guest like every year.
He was accompanied by Shah Kafeel Ahmed, Chairman of Tbeer-e-Takmeel Pakistan, and prominent journalist and naat khawan Khaksar Ashfaq Chishti. Prominent personalities of the Memon community, businessmen and industrialists participated in this program. Professor Dr. Hakeem Syed A.N. Askari congratulated the children who came first and second in the children’s Naat Khawani and Hasan Qiraat in this program. He expressed his happiness over the hard work of the children, the teachers and their parents.
He said that such programs during the month of Ramadan are a step towards educating children and making them understand the Quran. They awaken the love of the Prophet and the passion to follow his example. Professor Dr. Hakeem Askari praised the efforts of the All Pakistan Memon Foundation for this inspiring program. All Pakistan Memon Federation President Shabbir Haroon, General Secretary Muhammad Umar Motlani, Chairman Religious Affairs Committee Muhammad Sohail Muhammad Siddique, Senior Leader, Vice Chairman Religious Affairs Asad Anis Khattani, thanked the head of the Khaksar Movement, Professor Dr. Hakeem Askari, and his delegation for their presence. The spirited program concluded after eating Sehri.
