According to Chinoy, the ceremony marked the 12th PSX listing of the calendar year and the fourth listing of the fiscal year.
APAG’s listing carries added significance because Soya Supreme has remained a well-known household brand in Pakistan for generations.

Strong participation came from both institutional and retail investors. Chinoy said the demand highlighted the resilience of the country’s capital market and investor interest in companies with established brands and strong fundamentals.
Investor Base Continues to Expand

He said investor accounts have now exceeded 630,000, with Millennials and Gen Z contributing to the expansion.
The PSX director congratulated APAG on joining the listed community. He also expressed confidence in the company’s future growth.
APAG CEO Calls Listing a New Beginning
Ahmad Aziz Ghulamhussain, CEO of APAG, described the listing as a major milestone for the company.
He credited APAG’s employees, consumers and stakeholders for helping build the business over the past 45 years.
“This is a very proud moment for everyone at APAG, a company that has been shaped by the dedication of our people, the trust of our consumers and the support of our stakeholders,” he said.
Ghulamhussain said Soya Supreme remains a major name in Pakistani households. Looking ahead, he added that APAG plans to build on the strength of its existing brands.
Company Eyes New Categories and Markets
APAG plans to strengthen its existing brands and enter new categories.
At the same time, management aims to expand into international markets and create greater value for stakeholders.
Ghulamhussain described the PSX listing as the start of a new phase rather than the end of the company’s journey.
His vision includes expanding the company’s portfolio and taking its brands to new markets. Ultimately, APAG wants to build brands trusted by consumers around the world.
KTrade Calls APAG a Welcome Addition
Omar Salah Ahmed, Managing Director of KTrade Securities Limited, welcomed APAG to the PSX Food sector.
He highlighted the company’s 45-year history and the position Soya Supreme has established in Pakistani households.
KTrade Securities served as a key partner in bringing APAG to the stock exchange. Ahmed said the company’s corporate culture, financial performance and commitment to professionalisation could support its future growth.
He also expressed confidence in APAG’s potential as a strong IPO performer in 2026.
APAG Begins New Public Market Chapter
APAG thanked its employees, consumers, investors and business partners for supporting its growth.
The company also acknowledged the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, KTrade Securities, HBL and other advisers and transaction partners involved in the IPO and listing process.
Finally, the ceremonial ringing of the PSX Gong marked APAG’s transition into a publicly listed company.
For the homegrown consumer business, the listing provides a new platform for growth, innovation and expansion. It also brings one of Pakistan’s recognised household brands into the country’s listed corporate sector.
