Karachi (25-06-2025) Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has been named “Best Airline Staff Service” at the prestigious 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards, held today at the 55th edition of the Paris Air Show 2025. The airline also climbed three spots in the global Skytrax rankings, securing 17th place among the world’s best airlines following a comprehensive voting process involving millions of travelers worldwide.
For millions of Pakistani travelers who journey to Saudi Arabia for Hajj, Umrah, employment, and business, this recognition highlights a meaningful improvement in travel quality. With frequent Saudia flights connecting major Pakistani cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Multan to key destinations in the Kingdom, enhanced staff service directly benefits the Pakistani passenger experience.
This recognition highlights the exceptional dedication of Saudia’s team across every step of the guest journey. From smooth ground services to onboard hospitality, their efforts have boosted guest satisfaction and service standards — especially benefiting travelers from Pakistan.

Saudia has demonstrated remarkable progress in recent years, rising from 82nd place in 2016 to 20th in 2024, and now securing 17th place in 2025. This trajectory aligns with the airline’s recognition as the “World’s Most Improved Airline” for four consecutive years by Skytrax.
To further improve the guest experience, Saudi Arabia is implementing the biggest investment program in its history as part of its forward-thinking strategy. This project is highly valuable for the increasing number of visitors from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia. Key developments include. Increasing its global network, this now includes regular routes linking the Kingdom and major Pakistani cities.
As part of its long-term vision, Saudia is undertaking the most significant investment program in its history to elevate the guest experience.
