Rakhi Sawant publicly defends Hania Aamir after criticism of her debut single Pablo
KARACHI, September 11, 2026: Indian reality television star Rakhi Sawant has come to Hania Aamir’s defence after a social media critic criticised the Pakistani actor’s debut single, “Pablo.”
Aamir released the song on Wednesday to mark her 10th year in the entertainment industry. The track also carries a message aimed at people who have criticised her career and public image.
Critic Calls ‘Pablo’ a Missed Opportunity
Social media commentator Dr Ejaz reviewed the song in an Instagram video titled “Hania Aamir’s Pablo Is Simply A Mess.”
He questioned why Aamir chose the track to mark such an important career milestone. According to the critic, the actor could have chosen something “bigger” after spending a decade in the entertainment industry.
However, his review was not completely negative.
Dr Ejaz praised Sawant’s contribution to the song, particularly her appearance in the outro. Sawant encourages Aamir to ignore her critics and face them with confidence.
The critic said Sawant’s lines brought some energy to the track. He otherwise criticised the song’s production, tune and overall presentation.
Sawant Comes to Aamir’s Defence
Sawant did not take the criticism lightly.
Responding to the video, she expressed her support for Aamir and asked critics not to target her.
“I love you all but do not say anything to my honey. She’s my sweetheart,” Sawant wrote.
Her message quickly highlighted the close friendship between the two personalities.
The pair have previously attracted attention for their public interactions and supportive exchanges on social media.
Sawant Continues Supporting ‘Pablo’
Sawant’s support did not stop with her comment.
The Indian media personality has since shared several Instagram videos featuring “Pablo” playing in the background.
Her posts have added another layer to the conversation surrounding Aamir’s debut single, which has drawn both praise and criticism online.
For Aamir, the release marks a new chapter after a decade in Pakistan’s entertainment industry. Meanwhile, Sawant’s public defence has given the song additional attention across social media.
