According to the details, Tehreek-e-Insaf has filed a reference against the Chief Alex Commissioner in the Supreme Judicial Council.
Senator Ejaz Chaudhary and Barrister Malika Bukhari filed a reference against the Chief Election Commissioner in the Supreme Judicial Council.
The reference has been filed under Article 209 of the Constitution, requesting the Supreme Judicial Council to remove Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja from office.
Yesterday, Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan, while giving a special interview in ARY News’ program The Reporters, said that there are reservations about Sikandar Sultan Raja, despite repeatedly saying that he is biased.
Imran Khan said that he will participate in the elections under the current Election Commission, there is no other option, the Election Commissioner of Sindh is a totalitarian government, now the PML-N has also appointed two of its members in the Election Commission.
