Karachi: Vice President of National Bank of Pakistan and Justice of Peace Karachi South Govt. of Sindh Aman Peer’s father (grandson of Former Sindh Chief Minister Pir Ilahi Bux) Pir Mushtaq Ahmed has passed away in Canada on the morning of August 14.
He was buried in Canada. PPP senior leader and former Sindh Education Minister Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq has expressed his deep sorrow over the death of Pir Mushtaq Ahmed.
He said, Not only had I lost a father but a friend, a companion, a mentor. I want to thank him for everything he has done for me ever and also apologize for traveling all the way just to be near him (which did not want to do during this 4th wave of COVID-19) but at the same time was fortunate enough to witness him leave this world peacefully and by just being there with him.
Aman Peer said want to thank every person who had been praying for his health throughout and those who were there for me and facilitated me to get on that flight just in time which seemed almost impossible in the current circumstances and especially in a country with severe quarantine rules and restrictions where one cannot even visit a hospital due to government laws and SOPs.
Aman Said, “He was a strong man. Remember him in your prayers. May Allah place him in the highest level of Jannah, Ameen, and apologies for not being able to respond lately to those who have shown their love via calls and messages”.
