The Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA), the apex trade body for Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services (ITeS) sector, is proud to announce that Pakistan has been selected to host the prestigious ASOCIO Digital Summit 2026. This landmark achievement marks a major regional recognition of Pakistan’s growing influence, digital capabilities, and leadership within Asia-Oceania’s technology ecosystem.

The decision – announced during the ASOCIO Digital Summit 2025 currently underway in Chinese Taipei – signals ASOCIO’s confidence in Pakistan’s ability to convene global and regional digital leaders, strengthen collaboration among member economies, and shape the region’s digital transformation agenda.

Mr. Sajjad Mustafa Syed, Chairman P@SHA, said: “Being selected to host the ASOCIO Digital Summit 2026 is a tremendous honor for Pakistan and a validation of our industry’s global credibility. Strong Performance at ASOCIO Digital Summit 2025

Alongside the hosting announcement, Pakistan achieved another milestone: 7 Pakistani companies have won ASOCIO ICT Awards 2025, reflecting the country’s deepening expertise in AI, digital services, enterprise solutions, and emerging technologies.

A strong contingent of 15 Pakistani IT companies participated in the summit, representing the country in key award categories and high-level dialogues. These recognitions demonstrate Pakistan’s growing competitiveness and innovation across the ICT value chain.

P@SHA’s leadership engaged with ASOCIO Chairman Mr. Stan Singh, as well as delegations from Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and other member economies during the ASOCIO General Assembly & Council Meeting. Discussions focused on digital policy alignment, talent development, and cross-border digital trade opportunities.

P@SHA also held constructive engagements with the Council of Indigenous Software Associations (CISA) and industry associations across Asia-Pacific to explore joint ventures, BPO collaborations, and tech-talent mobility programs.
