A fire broke out at Oil Tankers Depot in Nowshera. According to rescue sources, a fire broke out at Taro Oil Tankers Depot.
Rescue officials have called for fire tenders from Peshawar, Mardan and Charsadda and firefighters have started extinguishing the blaze.
According to rescue sources, up to 150 tankers were present at the Taro Oil Depot at the time of the fire, many of which have been evacuated.
According to officials, a fire broke out in a parking area some distance from Taro Jabba Oil Depot, setting 20 tankers ablaze.
According to Deputy Commissioner Mir Raza, the fire has spread from 20 tankers to 50 oil tankers. 2 million liters of petrol has been burnt in the fire.
