K&N’s SmartCooking Recipes: Loaded Nachos with Nuggets
-K&N’s Nuggets (12 Nuggets)
-Nachos as required
-Sour cream as required
-Salsa as required
-Parsley for garnish
Method
In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Your salsa is ready.
Salsa Ingredients
-Onion (½ cup; chopped)
-Tomatoes (1 cup; chopped)
-Ketchup (¾ cup)
-Green chilli (1 tsp; chopped)
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper powder (½ tsp)
-Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp)
-Coriander leaves (2 tbsp; chopped)
-Lemon juice (1 tsp)
-Pickled jalapenos (3 tbsp)
Method
1. Prepare K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut into halves.
2. Take a platter, place nachos in base, top it with salsa and K&N’s Nuggets.
3. Drizzle sour cream and garnish with parsley.
Sour Cream Ingredients
-Cream (½ cup)
-Salt (½ tsp)
-Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
-Milk (¼ cup)
Method
1. In a bowl, add cream, milk, lemon juice, salt; mix it slightly and refrigerate for one hour. Whisk it well.
2. Your sour cream is ready to use.
