KARACHI: Iftikhar Ahmed Sheikh, the immediate past president of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, presents a crest to Arif Balgamwala, a prominent businessman (Tamgha-i-Imtiaz in Philately), for his achievement of a Large Gold over 20 years, making him the only Pakistani to reach this level.
