Karachi : Hamdard Public and Village Schools celebrated the 106th birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Pakistan Hakim Mohammed Sai d as Founders’ Day with great enthusiasm and devotion on January 12, 2026, at Bilawal Stadium at Madinat al Hikmah Karachi. On this occasion, the Annual Food Fair 2026 was also organized, showcasing the creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit of students and teachers.
The event was graced by Mrs. Qudsia Akbar, CEO Limbless Foundation Pakistan, as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished guests included Ms. Sadia Rashid (Hilal-e-Imtiaz), President Hamdard Foundation Pakistan; Mrs. Fatema Munir Ahmed, Vice President Madinat-ul-Hikmah; Mr. Faisal Nadeem, Chief Financial Officer; Prof. Dr. Imran Amin, Vice Chancellor Hamdard University; Administrator Khalid Naseem, along with several notable guests.
Addressing the gathering, Mrs. Qudsia Akbar expressed her gratitude for the warm invitation and commended Hamdard’s continued commitment to education and community development. She paid rich tribute to the visionary contributions of Hakim Mohammed Said, highlighting his lifelong dedication to education, nation-building, and the welfare of children. She also acknowledged the remarkable role of Ms. Sadia Rashid in carrying forward the legacy and mission of Hakim Said with dedication and foresight.
Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Sadia Rashid stated that Hakim Mohammed Said had a deep love for children and strongly believed that the progress and prosperity of Pakistan depended on educating the younger generation and instilling in them a sense of patriotism, ethics, and knowledge. She reaffirmed Hamdard’s resolve to continue serving the nation through education and character-building.
During the event, the honorable guests visited various food stalls set up by students and teachers, appreciating their hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm. The ceremony concluded on a joyful note, applauding the dedication of students, the guidance of teachers, and the collective efforts of the school administration, leaving participants with a memorable and enjoyable experience.
