Greenwich University, in collaboration with the Sindh Higher Education Commission, hosted the inaugural session of the International Conference on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), marking the beginning of a significant dialogue on inclusive and sustainable development.

The session was conducted by Maria Tahir as Master of Ceremony and opened with keynote remarks from Eesha Ali, who highlighted the importance of fostering inclusive environments in education and beyond.
A diverse panel of distinguished speakers shared insights on the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving progress. Among them were Memona Shah, Abdul Haseeb Khan, Chairman of Karachi Vocational Training Centre, and Sohail Yasin Suleman, who also serves as Honorary Consul of Mauritius.
The event also featured participation from Munsoo Kurrimbaccus and Seema Mughal, whose contributions underscored the global and institutional importance of inclusive practices.
Speakers collectively emphasized that diversity should be viewed as a strength, equity as a necessity, and inclusion as a critical pathway toward sustainable development. The session brought together academic leaders, policymakers, and industry representatives, fostering meaningful conversations around equity and social progress.
