Gold prices in Pakistan extended their decline on Monday, reflecting a downturn in international markets. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola dropped significantly by Rs10,400, bringing the new rate to Rs340,500.
The price of 10 grams of gold also saw a notable decrease of Rs8,917, now standing at Rs291,923. On the global front, gold slipped by $104 to reach $3,221 per ounce, which includes a $20 premium.
In addition to gold, silver prices also moved downward, dropping by Rs17 to settle at Rs3,400 per tola.
