Flood death toll exceeds 1000, after disaster in KP, flood relay enters Punjab

NDMA says that the total number of deaths due to rain and floods across the country has reached 1 thousand 33, 57 lakh 73 thousand people are affected by floods in 110 districts.

According to the data released by NDMA, a total of 9.5 lakh houses and 3 thousand 451 km of roads and 149 bridges have been damaged due to floods.

In the last 24 hours, another 119 people have died and 71 have been injured due to the flood, a total of 15 hundred and 27 people have been injured, 83 thousand cattle have also lost their lives.

Flood relay enters Punjab

After the disaster in Swat and Nowshera, flood relays entered Punjab, there is a risk of flooding in Mianwali, the citizens have been instructed to move to safer places.

Flood water has entered more areas of Charsadda, hundreds of houses are also affected by water in Charsadda.

 A train of 7 lakh cusecs is likely to pass through the Jinnah Barrage on the Indus River today, 47 places may be affected by the flood.

Burhan to Peshawar flood fears on Motorway M1

There is a risk of flooding on Motorway M1 from Burhan to Peshawar, there is a risk of flooding on the National Highway between Azakhel and Nowshera, Kalat to Pishin Yaro in Balochistan, while in Sindh there is a risk of flooding near Kandiaro, Moro, Skarund and Matiari.
