Karachi, 9th Dec 2022: Pakistan’s leading local FMCG Company, English Biscuit Manufacturers (Pvt.) Ltd (EBM), has won the Gender Diversity at Workplace Award 2022 – Local Corporates, in the 19th Annual Excellence Awards Ceremony held by the CFA Society Pakistan. This prestigious accolade is a testament to EBM’s commitment to empower and promotes gender diversity at the workplace.
The Annual Excellence Awards recognize the efforts of companies in fostering an environment that empowers women, while inculcating strong leadership qualities in them. EBM stands at the forefront in upholding a gender diverse workplace, with one-third of their senior leadership positions occupied by women.
