Deaf Reach Students Shine in University and Board Examinations
Deaf Reach students celebrate outstanding academic achievements during Deaf Awareness Month.
Deaf Reach is celebrating a series of outstanding academic achievements during Deaf Awareness Month this September.
Its students have secured top positions in university and secondary board examinations.
The achievements highlight the academic potential of deaf learners when they receive the right support and opportunities.
Deaf Reach Students Top University of Karachi Programme
Three students from the Deaf Reach Karachi Campus secured top positions in the Associate Degree in Arts (ADA) programme for Deaf Scholars.
The programme was conducted in affiliation with the University of Karachi.
Ayesha Gulzar secured first position with a GPA of 3.77.
Muhammad Umer achieved joint second position with a GPA of 3.70.
Bisma Naz also secured joint second position with a GPA of 3.70.
The achievement has added another significant milestone to their educational journey.
Moreover, all three students are now working as teachers within the Deaf Reach network.
They are helping inspire and prepare the next generation of deaf learners.
Student Tops Hyderabad Board Examination
Another major achievement came from the Deaf Reach Rashidabad Campus.
Wajhiullah Khan secured first position overall in the BISE Hyderabad SSC 2026 examinations.
He outperformed 1,540 students from mainstream schools.
SMAP and NAVTTC Complete First Phase of Youth Skills Programme
The result also reflected the wider success of the Deaf Reach programme.
All 30 Deaf Reach students who appeared for the matriculation examinations passed with straight A grades.
Celebrating Academic Excellence
Deaf Reach said the achievements demonstrate what deaf students can accomplish with appropriate educational support.
The organisation also praised the students, their families and educators.
Their success comes as Deaf Awareness Month is being observed throughout September.
