The forum paid tribute to the martyrs of the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies, and civilians, acknowledging their sacrifices as the foundation of Pakistan’s national security, unity, and resilience. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to upholding the legacy of the fallen through continued dedication to national defense.

The COAS expressed satisfaction over the operational preparedness, professionalism, and combat readiness of the Pakistan Armed Forces. He commended ongoing intelligence-based counter-terrorism operations and directed commanders to sustain efforts aimed at dismantling terrorist networks and eliminating their operational capabilities across the country.

The forum conducted a comprehensive review of the internal and external security environment, resolving to maintain operational momentum to disrupt terrorist infrastructure and deny safe havens. It noted progress under ongoing counter-terrorism efforts, including Operation Ghazb-ul-Haq, which has contributed to degrading militant capabilities.

Addressing regional concerns, the forum criticized the policies of the Afghan Taliban, accusing it of providing safe havens to militant groups and engaging in disinformation campaigns against Pakistan. The allegations of targeting civilians inside Afghanistan were categorically rejected, with the forum asserting that Pakistan’s actions remain precise and focused on terrorist elements.

The meeting also reviewed broader geopolitical developments, emphasizing the importance of restraint, sovereignty, and regional stability. Pakistan’s role in promoting peace and preventing escalation was reaffirmed.

The forum congratulated the nation and armed forces on the anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, describing it as a symbol of unity and resolve. It reiterated that Pakistan remains fully prepared to safeguard its sovereignty against all threats.

Strong condemnation was expressed over reported human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, with Pakistan reaffirming diplomatic, political, and moral support for the Kashmiri people.

In his concluding remarks, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir directed commanders to maintain the highest standards of vigilance, operational readiness, and adaptability to evolving threats, stressing the importance of professional excellence and integrated responses to both conventional and non-conventional challenges.
