INDIA : In India, a boy climbed a mobile tower after being refused marriage, the videos of which went viral on social media. According to an Indian media report, a 27-year-old youth in the state of Chhattisgarh climbed a mobile tower and threatened to jump if his demand for a marriage of choice was not met, causing panic. A young man named Yogesh Yadav climbed about 40 feet up the tower and refused to come down. The young man demanded that he be allowed to marry a village woman, threatening to jump if his demand was not met. The family assured him that they would fulfill his wish, after which he agreed to come down on his own. According to the report, the girl has already refused to marry Yogesh and has also filed a complaint of harassment against him. The police took the youth into custody and presented him in court, after which he was sent to jail on a court order.
