Karachi : Grand Launch of New project “Rana Presidency” at Gulistan-e-Johar, Main University Road.
According to the details, prominent social leader Rana Ghulam Yaseen cut the ribbon along with Abad
Patron-in-Chief Mohsin Sheikhani, Abad Chairman Muhammad Altaf Tai, KCCI President Tariq Yusuf and
Chief Executive Officer Rana Presidency Muhammad Akram Rana.
On this occasion, Mohsin Sheikhani said that the real estate industry is the backbone of the country’s
economy. Due to the overly increase in population in Karachi, increase in residential projects is the need
of the hour.
Muhammad Altaf Tai said that the Rana Presidency is located at a prime location of the city which
includes modern facilities.
Tariq Yusuf said that the government should provide facilities in the approval of maps and other matters
for the development of the real estate industry. Millions of people are employed in this and allied
industry.
Muhammad Akram Rana said that the project will help in providing modern living facilities to the
citizens. There will be no compromise on quality.
