Rescue officials reported that a body of an unidentified man was recovered near Saima Arabian Villas in Manghopir, while another individual was found dead near Noor Hotel in Gulshan-e-Hadeed.

In separate incidents, a man was found dead in Defence Phase 8’s Khayaban-e-Saqib area, while another person discovered in critical condition at Boat Basin in Clifton later died during treatment.

Additional fatalities were reported from Liaquatabad No. 10, where a man found unconscious under a bridge succumbed during treatment. Similarly, another individual recovered in critical condition near Jamali Bridge on the Super Highway also passed away.

Authorities further confirmed that a man found in distress in Surjani Scheme 33 died during treatment, while a body identified as 55-year-old Abdul Wadood was recovered near Tayyaba Mosque on Sparco Road in Baldia.

According to Chhipa Welfare Association, all deaths were attributed to the severe heat, highlighting the dangerous impact of the ongoing weather conditions.

The incidents come as Karachi experiences extreme temperatures, with authorities urging citizens to take precautionary measures, stay hydrated, and avoid unnecessary outdoor exposure during peak hours.

Emergency services remain on high alert as the heatwave continues to pose serious health risks, particularly to vulnerable populations across the city.
