Islamabad Pakistan : The Federal Investigation Agency Headquarters hosted a prestigious event to mark International Women’s Day, recognizing the dedication and contributions of women officers serving in FIA in various roles.
The event was attended by Director General FIA, Dr. Usman Anwar, along with other senior officers.
Speaking at the closing session, Director General FIA Dr. Usman Anwar lauded the role of women officers in the agency and emphasized that they are not only leading key investigations but also holding important leadership positions. Addressing the female officers, he said, “Your vigilance in protecting our borders, investigating financial crimes, countering human trafficking, and upholding justice strengthens not just the FIA but also the very fabric of our society.”
He further added, “Your contributions are not only integral to this organization but also serve as a beacon of inspiration for future generations of women who aspire to serve their country with honor, integrity, and dedication.”
Director General FIA reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to providing greater opportunities for female officers and ensuring their professional growth. The event concluded with the distribution of shields to outstanding female officers in recognition of their exceptional performance.
