According to international media reports, a camel beauty contest was held in Muscat, the capital of Oman, where several camels were disqualified from the competition because their owners had given them Botox injections to artificially enhance their beauty. The report states that about 20 camels were disqualified from the beauty pageant for receiving Botox injections. It is worth mentioning here that the organization that organizes camel beauty contests in Arab countries has strictly banned the use of such artificial methods to make camels look good, which is why such incidents have occurred in Saudi Arabia in the past.
