The Independence Day Marka e Haq Cricket Tournament organized by Jinnah Government Boys College has begun.

Inter-collegiate Independence Day Marka e Haq Cricket Tournament has begun. Director General Colleges Sindh Dr. Naveed Rab distributed prizes among the players.

Karachi( Sports Reporter ) The Independence Day Marka e Haq Cricket Tournament organized by Jinnah Government Boys College has begun. Director Colleges Karachi Region Professor Qazi Arshad Hussain Siddiqui inaugurated the tournament by shooting the ball.

16 teams are participating in the tournament. The opening match of the tournament was played between Shipowner Government College and Jinnah Government College at the Jinnah Cricket Ground. Jinnah College won the match by 13 runs. On this occasion, Jinnah College Principal Professor Kamran Kazmi said that along with education, it is very important to provide such activities to children.

On this occasion, the players and organizers said that we are celebrating Independence Day in full swing and by organizing sports events wherever the celebrations are being held, we are instilling enthusiasm and passion. Special guest Director General Colleges Sindh Dr. Naveed Rab said that the promotion of healthy activities in educational institutions is welcome.

He said that despite limited resources, efforts are being made to provide students with opportunities for healthy activities.

Director General Colleges Sindh Dr. Naveed Rab distributed prizes among the players. The event will continue till August 16 in which 16 college teams are participating.
