CHICAGO – Maqsood Ahmad Naz Sr. Vice Chairman US PAK Trade Development Council and Convener FPCCI Water Recycling Central Committee , Mariam Maqsood Naz Chairperson Young Entrepreneurs US PAK TDC and Director Olympia Group of Companies , participated at WEFTEC Exhibition in Chicago and A very warm welcome given by Officials of US Commercial Services USA including Elizabeth Laxague , Aron Davidson and Ryan Russel along with Tashfeen Mehdi from US Commercial Services Karachi.
They arranged our meetings with more than 100 US Technology providers exhibitors at WEFTEC which is the world largest exhibition for Complete Water Treatment Solutions from September 23 to 25.
On September 25 they arranged our visit at the heart of Chicago ‘s wastewater and freshwater purification network is the JARDINE PLANT, considered the largest water treatment plant in the World, capable of processing over 2 Billion gallons per day. 40 person delegation from all over the world visited this plant with us and they honored me as A Leader of this delegation and plant management given us A very warm welcome and detailed introduction about the plant.
During WEFTEC Chicago USA , Maqsood Ahmad Naz Sr. Vice Chairman US PAK Trade Development Council and CEO Olympia Group of Companies had meetings with many US Officials including Dean Amhaus President & CEO Water Council WEFTEC , Mrs. Katy Sinnot Vice President Economic Development of US State Department , , Mrs. Elaine Van Doorn Regional Director and Beverly Ferrara,and Miquel Rovira Director European Union, Mark Jockers Government & Public Affairs Director, during the meeting Maqsood Maz given them invitation from US PAK TDC to visit Pakistan and help us in transfer of Technology as well as Funded projects for Pakistan developing areas where we need clean drinking water. They accepted our invitation and will share a visit plan to Pakistan soon. It would be a great achievement.
Their visit will pave the way in Strengthening Business and Social Ties between Pakistan and the USA.
Now Our Sr. Vice Chairman will visit Houston for the reviewing arrangements of our upcoming 2nd Mega exhibitions to be held in Houston on November 2019. Maqsood Naz will also meet with Founding President PAK Congress, Saeed Sheikh President Karachi Houston Sister cities, Mubashir Chaudhry president Houston Chamber of Commerce and Dr. Shahzad Burki President PTI USA as well as Atif Khan Advisor to Govt of Pakistan for Overseas Pakistani, regarding future cooperation and working relationship with US PAK TRADE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.
