Usman brings with him over two decades of experience in brand marketing, communications, and strategy, with a reputation for delivering impactful, consumer-driven growth across industries.
Prior to joining J., Usman served as Head of Marketing and Brand Management at Jubilee Life Insurance, where he led award-winning campaigns and helped position the company as a leader in both brand equity and consumer engagement. His work played a pivotal role in re-establishing Pakistan as a host for international cricket through strategic sponsorships and marketing innovation.
Earlier in his career, Usman held senior marketing roles at Bank Alfalah and Standard Chartered, following successful stints at leading advertising agencies including Lowe & Rauf, Manhattan Pakistan, and Evernew Concepts. He began his journey in the corporate world with Commercial Union, which later became Jubilee Life.
In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Usman is an Executive Council Member of the Pakistan Advertisers Society, a regular EFFIE Awards jury member, and an active speaker at marketing and digital forums. His commitment to elevating the marketing profession in Pakistan is widely recognized.
