Karachi : I am writing to express my concern regarding theft in Karachi. As a concerned citizen
I believe that theft in Karachi has increased which is causing terror among people.
The recent rise in theft has made our community feel unsafe, even at home. People
have lost valuables, savings, and peace of mind. Victims feel helpless and
vulnerable.
It is shattering people’s sense of invulnerability and control over their environment.
People are now afraid of sending their children to school as they feel threatened.
Some of these people are making a big compromise in their lifestyle.
People committing this crime are mostly maids who work at their homes.
I urge you to take strict action to stop this act. I hope that your publication will
continue to shed light on this important issue.
