Karachi Pakistan : A condolence meeting and Holy Quran recitation session was held on the occasion of martyrdom of the Hams leader Al-Haj Sheikh Ismail Haniya at the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran Karachi.
The Director of Khana-e-Farhang Iran-Karachi, Dr. Saeed TalebiNia, while addressing the session, said that Sheikh Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas Mujahideen, was the state guest of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who was engaged in reciting the Holy Quran and praying in the middle of the night, when the criminal illegitimate Israeli government targeted him.
He added; Targeting Ismail Haniyeh in an Islamic country indicates a deeper conspiracy behind the scenes. He said; The Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the President of Iran have emphatically announced that the Islamic Republic of Iran will avenge the blood of martyr Ismail Haniyeh, regardless of the possible consequences, while continuing support to the Palestinian freedom fighters.
Senior representatives of Jamaat-e-Islami in Karachi, Muttahida Ulama Mahaz Pakistan and Zakireen-e-Imamia Pakistan, including religious scholars from all schools of thought, intellectuals, and nobilities of the city participated the event and expressed their deep grief and sorrow against the Zionist atrocities on the oppressed Palestinians. In this condolence session, the speakers paid tribute to martyr Ismail Haniyeh and the Palestinian Mujahideen.
In the continuation of this event, the renowned Islamic scholar, commentator of the Holy Qur’an and head of the Supreme Council of the Majlis-e-wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Ayatollah Sheikh Hasan Salahuddin. head of the Muslim League (N) Ulama Wing Sindh, Syed Azhar Ali Shah Hamdani, the Vice-Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami in Karachi, Muslim Pervaiz and the General Secretary of the Palestine Foundation Pakistan, Dr. Sabir-Abu-Maryam spoke at the session and expressed their heartfelt devotion to the martyr Sheikh Ismail Haniyeh while condemning the cowardly action of the Zionist government.
Jamaat-e-Islami Vice-Ameer Muslim Pervaiz said that the martyrdom of Ismail Haniya is a big blow for the Muslim Ummah. Every person in the Islamic world is sad because of the loss of a great Islamic hero. The Secretary General of the Palestine Foundation Pakistan, Dr. Sabir-Abu-Maryam, said that the Islamic Republic of Iran, at this time is the center and capital of the Islamic resistance, therefore the Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was martyred in Iran in order to create a rift between Hamas and Iran to weaken the Islamic resistance.
At the end of the condolence meeting, Ayatollah Sheikh Hasan Salahuddin prayed for the soul of Shaheed Ismail Haniya to rest in peace and said that the real roots of the conflict in the Middle East are Israel and America, which will be destroyed very soon, God willing.
