Karachi, 17 th May 2025: Member of National Assembly Dr. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig and renowned businessman and philanthropist Ishtiaq Baig organized a grand ceremony at their residence to celebrate “Youm-e-
Tashakur”. The Consul General of China Yang Yudong was the chief guest of the event.
On this occasion, Chinese Consul General welcomed by the children who presented him with bouquets. The Chinese Consul General thanked the Baig brothers for inviting him at “Youm-e-Tashakur”. He said that the friendship between China and Pakistan an Iron Clad. Whatever China did during the Indo-Pakistan war, it was the duty of a brother and if war is again imposed on Pakistan in future, China will stand with Pakistan to help even more. On this occasion, the chief guest along with the guests cut a cake made on the flags of Pakistan and China.
