WEB DESK – World Health Organization while expressing concern over upswing of Coronavirus pandemic in many countries has called for global solidarity to overcome difficult times.
Executive Director of WHO Health Emergencies Program Dr Michael Ryan speaking at a virtual news conference in Geneva said that careful balance must be struck between keeping everyone at home and continuing to completely suppress transmission of COVID-19.

He said the current uptick in cases in some countries is related to reopening of society, re-mixing of people without adequate social distancing and without adequate measures in place.
