The police have arrested 44 young individuals for swimming in the sea.
Karachi: Deputy Commissioner Kemari, Junaid Khan, has presented a report to Commissioner Karachi, Syed Hassan Naqvi, on the enforcement of the ban on swimming in the sea. The report states that the district administration has taken effective measures to strictly implement Section 144.
On Sunday, MARI Pur police took action and registered three FIRs under Pakistan Penal Code Section 188, resulting in the arrest of 44 young individuals. Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi instructed the Deputy Commissioner to ensure strict enforcement of the ban for the protection of citizens’ lives.
