Shaheed Danial Club Wins Falcon Ramadan Tournament Title

Karachi ( Sports Reporter ) Shaheed Danial Club Bahria Town displayed an outstanding performance to defeat Moni Sports Shah Faisal Colony by nine wickets in the final of the Falcon Ramadan Tape Ball Cricket Tournament played at Falcon Complex Malir, clinching the tournament title in impressive fashion. The winning side chased the target comfortably to prove their dominance in the exciting contest.
Batting first in the final, Moni Sports scored 132 runs for the loss of three wickets in the allotted overs. Asad Shah played a responsible innings of 40 runs while other batters also contributed to the total. For Shaheed Danial Club, Wasim Khan bowled brilliantly and took two wickets.
In reply, Shaheed Danial Club’s batters adopted an aggressive approach and achieved the target in just 7.2 overs for the loss of two wickets. Jahangir Shah produced a magnificent batting display, scoring an unbeaten 57 runs off just 14 balls. His explosive innings included five sixes and four fours, completely turning the match in his team’s favor.Former cricketers Younis Khan, Rashid Latif and others present the trophy to the captain of the winning team after Shaheed Danial Club won the Falcon Ramadan Cricket Tournament.

Administrator of Falcon Complex Malir, Group Captain Azeem, said that the Falcon Ramadan Tournament has now become a well-known sporting event in the city, attracting strong teams every year and providing quality cricket entertainment for fans.
The chief guests at the prize distribution ceremony included former Pakistan cricket team captain Younis Khan, Rashid Latif, former Test cricketer Tausif Ahmed and fast bowler Mohammad Sami. The guests distributed prizes among the players and appreciated the successful organization of the tournament.
Younis Khan said that Shaheed Danial Cricket Club displayed excellent cricket and performed brilliantly in bowling, batting and fielding. He also congratulated the winning team on their impressive victory.
The winning team Shaheed Danial Club received a trophy along with a cash prize of PKR 250,000, while the runner-up Moni Sports received PKR 125,000 and a trophy. According to Tournament Director Syed Ejaz Rizvi, Jahangir Shah was declared the Player of the Final as well as the Best Batter of the Tournament, while Yasir Khan received the Best Bowler award.
At the end of the event, a spectacular fireworks display was held for the entertainment of the spectators, making the closing ceremony even more memorable.
