PTI’s plea to stay the Prohibited Funding Probe hearing will be held today
The hearing on the request to stop the prohibited funding inquiry of Tehreek-e-Insaf will be held today in the Islamabad High Court.
The petition contends that the FIA ??should be restrained from investigating the banned funding case, that the raids are illegal, that arrests should be restrained.
Collected funds for the anti-government movement as requested, which was in accordance with the law. It is the Election Commission’s authority to look into the matter of collection of donations.
Earlier, on September 27, the Peshawar High Court rejected Asad Qaiser’s application and ordered the FIA ??to continue the inquiry.
